This is the website created by BTSChartData, it is wonderful and intuitive resource for checking on streaming goals, generating focused playlists, and tracking progress to milestones. There is also an overview on the homepage which covers what the top charting tracks by BTS and the members as solo artists are, and if those tracks have risen/fallen/stayed steady and how many streams they had to reach that spot.
The playlist generator is not limited to BTS only, so it is available for fans of other groups to use, but I think the intention was for it to be used in assisting completion of goals for BTS specifically.
There are a lot of wonderful template maker ARMYs. I will list and link the ones I am aware of, in order of which I personally use most often or find most helpful.
912daze - Instagram and Twitter/X - They are amazing and make templates for albums, dvds, merch, pcs, basically everything. You can also commission specific templates.
There are a few ARMYs who work on price guides, especially for photocards. There is more debate on the accuracy of any one price guide, and debate on if they reflect reality a lot of the time. I will list and link the ones I am aware of.
Pricing your collection or duplicates is entirely your choice, but these are good guidelines and staying near them is recommended. It is wonderful if you decide to price as fairly as you wish other people would.
myjksafespace - Instagram and Twitter/X - They have a wonderful, fair price guide. I mostly agree with all of their pricing - however - there are a few prices that unfortunately I think are wishful thinking as most people do not sell them at those prices, even if they maybe should.
I don't know as many ARMYs who record and track dimensions/weights for merch, inclusions, and more. It seems to be a rarer focus or dedication. I will list and link any I am aware of.
The accuracy of any of these guides does fluctuate as counterfeiters become better. However, these guides provided by fellow ARMYs should help in most cases in identifying fakes vs real merch and photocards. I will list and link the ones I am aware of.
I will also include any ARMYs that offer to help verify items legitimacy, though sometimes asking a group of friends/collectors is best because of slight variations that exist.
You can message me for help with verifying occasionally, and I will help or ask friends for help, but please do not ask excessively or I will no longer be able to help.
Additionally, I am personally anti-replica photocards unless it is made very obvious that they are replicas. I think the replicas which try to be too close to the original do a disservice to the collecting community because it enables some people to try and pass those replicas off as real in trades and sales. Please do not ask me for scans of my photocards or other help with creating replicas.
There are many ways to find and join group orders, for new items or resale items. I will provide a list and links of group order managers that I personally have used with success and would buy from again.
Most GOMs do require F&F payments, with rare exceptions - this is common practice, please be aware and understanding. Most GOMs typically have their own terms and conditions that you should read through before joining any group orders from them, for your sake and theirs.
I am constantly looking for the best ways to store my collection and organize it. I will list and link options below, with descriptions, and reviews.
Most of these will be USA based or locked, so if you are outside the USA and they do not ship directly to you, I would advise searching for group order managers that are willing to proxy or are actively hosting group orders from these shops.

Rare merch searches often require deposits. Some will offer verification services, but some will not guarantee authenticity, and then that responsibility will be on you.
There are typically no refunds or backouts since these are custom orders you specifically seek out.
Often you will be asked for specific info on the items you're looking for and a budget range, which typically will not include shipping from the proxy to you.
With most rare item proxies, you will be required to make three payments: 1st payment is the deposit when you make your request, 2nd payment is the remaining balance of what you owe once the item is found and secured, and then the 3rd payment is shipping from the proxy to you.
